Habit: Sun-loving yellow flowers that grow best in any dry meadow or rocky hillside. Spreads rapidly, growing well in difficult dry rocky areas once established. Blooms late spring through summer. Great pollinator plant.
Direct Sow: Mix contents of seed packet with 3 times as much vermiculite or fine coir. Spread on bare disturbed ground in early fall. Covers 100 square feet.
In Container: Scatter 4-5 seeds per pot or cell, on top of soil surface, in late fall for planting out 12-15” apart in spring.
