Known as an excellent producer in Western Washington, as that is where it was discovered, and it known to have good tolerance to leaf curl! Kreibich is an excellent variety featuring good crops of very sweet and juicy, red striped flavorful small-to-medium fruit, white fleshed, from sugar sweet through to tangy tart. Best if picked while just slightly unripe, when skins still shows a hint of green, then mature on the counter until perfectly ripe. Great for preserves, pickles or chutney. Freestone.
Bare-root plants are in their dormant state, should be
planted immediately, and are available for purchase during the winter months
(January to March).
