Salvia Nem ‘Spring King’ Spring King Hardy Sage 1

Spring King Meadow Sage has masses of beautiful spikes of purple flowers with blue overtones and burgundy calyces rising above the foliage from mid spring to late summer, which are most effective when planted in groupings. The flowers are excellent for cutting. Its fragrant narrow leaves remain grayish green in color throughout the season. The dark red stems can be quite attractive.

A compact, early blooming variety producing stunning spikes of long lasting purple-blue flowers; deadhead faded blooms for extended garden color; drought tolerant once established; excellent for the sunny border or containers.
