Camassia Leichtlinii Var. Suksdorfii Great Camas Seeds

Habit:  Prefers sunny locations in wet or seasonally wet soils, tolerates summer drought. Bright blue flowers late spring through early summer are great for many sorts of pollinators.  Dormant late summer.

Direct Sow:  Mix contents of packet with 2 times as much fine vermiculite or coir.  Spread mixture on bare ground in fall or early winter.  Covers  100 sqare feet.

In Container:  Plant 3-5 seeds per cell or container in fall, for planting out late summer to fall of following year.  Keep out in the weather or chill (below 41F) for at least 12 weeks.
