Nootka Rose is bathed in stunning clusters of lightly-scented pink flowers with yellow eyes at the ends of the branches from late spring to early summer. The flowers are excellent for cutting. It has green deciduous foliage. The serrated oval compound leaves turn yellow in fall.
A native variety that can be used as hedging or screening; clusters of dainty pink single flowers with the occasional brush of lavender; covered in large red hips in late fall and winter; adaptable, and tolerates partial shade and brief flooding.
