Plectritis Congesta Seablush Seeds

Seablush, Pletritis congesta, prefers full sun to partial shade in meadows or slopes that are moist in spring.

Profuse pink flowers in mid to late spring. Forage for bees of all sorts, and for many butterflies, including Fenders Blue and Taylor Checkerspot.

Direct Sow:  Mix contents of seed package with 3 times as much volume of vermiculite or fine coir.  Spread on bare disturbed ground in fall, winter, or very early spring.  Covers 100 square feet.

In containers:  plant 2-3 seeds per cell or pot and keep cool and moist, for planting out 6-8" apart in early spring.
