Ripens mid-August. Big bold yellow pear with a red blush. Soft (not mushy) flesh is sweet and juicy. Great fresh or for canning. Resists fire blight and stores well.
This vigorous variety produces light yellow-green fruit with a red blush in late summer; very showy white flowers in spring and an upright oval habit, very ornamental.
