Ripens in late August. Fruit is green, with faint amber flesh. Very sweet and juicy. Great fresh or for jams, but doesn’t store well.

A European plum hybrid that makes for sweet plums. A beautiful bloomer in spring, this variety later produces pale yellow-green fruit with sweet, soft flesh. Small in size but packs intense sweetness. An excellent dessert fruit. Known to produce biennially; one year with a bumper crop, the next a small showing.

Cross-Pollination Guide:

• Self-fertile.
• Some plums are considered self-fertile (setting fruit when pollinated with their own pollen), but ALL varieties produce a better yield of fruit with cross pollination.
• Best Pollenizer: Stanley.
