The predominant commercial blueberry, featuring bumper crops of small sweet dark blue fruit in late summer, pretty bell-shaped flowers in spring, tall and bushy; blueberries need highly acidic soil, perfect drainage and mulch, plant with peat moss

Basic blueberry care: 

All blueberries need highly acidic soils, with pH conditions ranging from 4.5-5.5. With proper drainage, fertilization, pruning, and cross pollination for a bump in production, these showy shrubs will make nutrient rich blueberries a staple of your summer and fall diet!
