Patriot Blueberry:

A favored shrub for its large dark blue fruit in early summer, pretty bell-shaped flowers and good fall color.

Fruiting Time: Early

Berry Size/Yield: Huge berriesand medium yield 

Flavor:  Tart

Form:   Vigorous, open growth habit, but short, usually around 4'

Basic blueberry care: 

All blueberries need highly acidic soils, with pH conditions ranging from 4.5-5.5. With proper drainage, fertilization, pruning, and cross pollination for a bump in production, these showy shrubs will make nutrient rich blueberries a staple of your summer and fall diet!
