Tired of having excluders become hopelessly stuck to your fames? Peeling a flexible plastic or thin metal excluder from your frames is messy at best and replacing the excluder on the hive always seems to crush far too many bees.
Our new Wood Bound Queen Excluder has a wooden frame that elevates the metal mesh above the frames so sticky metal and squashed bees will be a thing of the past!
Tricks of the Trade - Paint the rim of your excluder red so you can tell from a distance if your hive still has a queen excluder installed. Be sure to remove the excluder after honey harvest so your queen can move freely within the hive during winter!
