A large sized apple that is yellow-green, streaked with red; an excellent dessert or cooking apple; ideal for home landscapes, needs well-drained soil and full sun.

This variety does not produce pollen and needs a pollinator. If fruit is desired on the pollinator tree, a third variety is required due to the Gravenstein's lack of pollen.
